Product Overview
High temperature anti-seize lubricating grease is a special high-temperature anti-seize and anti-scuffing lubricating grease, mainly made of high-purity copper powder as the solid lubricant, combined with inorganic thickener to thicken high-temperature resistant base oil, and added with special thickeners, extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-oxidation additives.
Performance Characteristics
Excellent high-temperature anti-seize, anti-sintering and thread sealing properties, does not melt at high temperatures.
Outstanding load-carrying capacity, friction coefficient equivalent to oiled bolts, good water washout resistance.
Excellent rust resistance and corrosion resistance, stable torque after repeated disassembly and tightening. Prevents seizure, corrosion and surface scuffing under long-term high temperature or acidic/alkaline harsh conditions.
Suitable for various metals, long-lasting without curing or hardening.
Recommended Applications
Used for anti-seizure and anti-corrosion of threads, nuts, bolts, screws, sleeves, hinges, flange seals under extremely high temperatures, such as high-temperature connecting bolts, valves and pipeline connecting devices in gas turbines, steam engines and power plants.
Used for assembly lubrication and anti-seizure in high temperature, water, steam or corrosive environments, such as engine exhaust bolts, automotive wheel hub fixing bolts, brake disc contact surfaces, injection molding machine nozzles, bolts for gas and oil combustion equipment.
Conductive, used for conduction, anti-seizure and anti-corrosion of knife switches, cables, armature joints and battery terminals.
Operating temperature range: generally -40℃～1100℃, some types up to 1200℃.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang city, Henan province, which Zhongyuan Oilfield located.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% in advance is request, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment.
We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
Of course you can, free samples will be provided, but you need to pay freight cost.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We are happy to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples,that will be helpful for us to do test.
