Silicone grease is refined by thickening synthetic oil with inorganic thickener and adding various additives and structure improvers.
Performance Characteristic
Good high and low temperature performance, ensuring lubrication and sealing under both high and low temperatures.
Good water resistance and sealing performance, suitable for lubrication and sealing in humid environments.
Good solvent resistance, ensuring lubrication and sealing in solvent-exposed environments.
Good dielectric property, ensuring safety during electrical application. Excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring no corrosion to metal parts.
Excellent material compatibility, compatible with various non-metallic materials such as rubber, nylon, polypropylene, etc.
Recommended Application
Suitable for sealing and lubrication between rubber and metal; sealing and lubrication of low-speed sliding parts such as glass, ceramic or metal valve plugs, connectors in contact with certain chemicals; damping of potentiometers, insulation and sealing of electrical appliances; filling medium for fluid couplings, etc. It can also be used for lubrication and sealing of vacuum systems with a vacuum degree up to 1.33×10⁻⁴ Pa.
Suitable for electrical protection and insulation with or without threads.
Widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, sanitary ware, automobiles, valves, O-rings, plastic gears and other scenarios with high material compatibility requirements.
Operating temperature range: -54℃～200℃, short-term up to 240℃.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang city, Henan province, which Zhongyuan Oilfield located.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% in advance is request, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment.
We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
Of course you can, free samples will be provided, but you need to pay freight cost.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We are happy to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples,that will be helpful for us to do test.
