Low Temperature Calcium-Based Grease is a smooth and uniform grease prepared by thickening semi-synthetic oil with high-grade fatty acid calcium soap and compounding with multi-functional additives.

Performance Characteristic

It has low starting and running torque, ensuring smooth operation of lubricated parts in low-temperature environments.

It features excellent mechanical stability, colloid stability, oxidation stability and extreme pressure performance, providing reliable lubrication for the applied components.

Recommended Application

Suitable for lubrication of various bearings, gears and other friction parts of mechanical equipment in cold regions.

Operating temperature range: -30℃～120℃.

6.FAQ

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang city, Henan province, which Zhongyuan Oilfield located.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% in advance is request, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment.
We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
Of course you can, free samples will be provided, but you need to pay freight cost.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We are happy to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples,that will be helpful for us to do test.
