Granular grease is formulated with refined mineral oil or synthetic oil as base oil, thickened with lithium-based, complex lithium-based or polyurea thickeners, and scientifically fortified with multi-functional additives such as extreme pressure anti-wear, rust and corrosion inhibition, dust pollution resistance, high temperature resistance and shear resistance.

2. PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTIC

It has low starting and running torque, which can meet the operation requirements under extremely high speed with DN value up to 800,000.

Granular grease features good lubricity to protect bearings and reduce wear. Meanwhile, its excellent adhesion, mechanical stability and colloid stability ensure it stays on lubricated parts without leakage, thus prolonging the service life of bearings.

It has strong adsorption capacity on metals. Containing high-efficiency anti-rust and anti-corrosion additives, it forms a dense protective film on metal surfaces, effectively preventing rust and corrosion on bearings, spindles, gears and other metal components.

3. APPLICATION

Feed processing industry (all kinds of feed pellet mills for livestock, poultry and aquaculture, and supporting equipment for pellet production lines).

Fertilizer processing industry (organic fertilizer pellet mills, compound fertilizer pellet mills, slow-release fertilizer pellet mills).

Suitable for lubrication of biomass pellet mill equipment, various high-speed rolling bearings, precision machine tool bearings, textile machinery bearings, as well as lubrication and protection of instruments.

Operating temperature range: -30℃～220℃.
