Lithium Base Grease Special for Excavator 1.PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Special grease for construction machinery is manufactured by thickening deeply refined mineral base oil with fatty acid metal soap, and blended with extreme pressure, anti-wear, adhesive, rust-inhibiting, water-resistant and anti-aging additives under a special process.

Excellent oxidation stability for long service life.Reasonable thickener fiber structure ensures outstanding mechanical stability.
Excellent anti-wear and protective properties, prolonging the service life of lubricated parts.Meets the requirements of wet, dusty and complex working conditions.
3.APPLICATIONS
Suitable for lubrication of rolling bearings, plain bearings and other friction parts of construction machinery under normal load conditions, such as excavators, cranes, loaders, etc.Grade No.2 can be used in centralized lubrication systems of construction machinery (Grade No.3 is recommended in summer).It can also be applied to general friction parts of other vehicles and equipment.Not suitable for heavy-duty friction parts.
Operating temperature range: -20℃～90℃.

After 37 years of steady development, the company is already a large-scale lubricant and grease production base integrating R&D, production, warehousing and sales. grease design capacity is 100,000 tons,10 grease production lines, 38 sub-assembly production lines,lubricant design capacity is 100,000 tons, 12 lubricant production lines, two of them are fully automatic production lines,the base oil storage capacity is 50,000 tons. the company's products have outstanding performance, complete varieties and distinct grades.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
