1.PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Our Industrial Machinery Grease Lithium Base Grease is a high-quality lubricant made from hydroxy fatty acid thickened mineral oil through a process of high temperature saponification. This functional grease is specially formulated with molybdenum disulfide and other additives, resulting in exceptional high temperature resistance, extreme pressure resistance, and other typical characteristics.

2.PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

Our Lithium Base Grease boasts excellent wear resistance, extreme pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, and water resistance, making it an ideal lubricant for various friction parts.

3.APPLICATIONS

Our Lithium Base Grease is suitable for lubricating various friction parts, including the bearing of metallurgical rolling machines, the bearing of refractory equipment kiln cars, casting sand falling machines, chemical roasting equipment, mechanical processing and heat treatment equipment, printing and dyeing roasting machines, paper dryers, rubber and plastic hot rolling equipment, and cement industry equipment.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
