Product Description

Product Introduction:

This product is made from fatty acids, using calcium soap as the thickener and mineral base oil, with anti-rust and anti-oxidation additives added. It features excellent water resistance, mechanical stability and lubricity.

Performance Characteristics:

Calcium stearate soap provides unique water resistance, suitable for use in damp and water-exposed conditions.

The soap fiber structure of the thickener is reasonable and evenly distributed, maintaining good structural characteristics under shear force.

It has good rust and corrosion resistance, isolating moisture and protecting metals from rust.

Application:

Mainly used for various bearings, joints, hubs and other parts under damp, low-temperature and light-load conditions.

FAQ

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang city, Henan province, which Zhongyuan Oilfield located.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% in advance is request, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment.
We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
Of course you can, free samples will be provided, but you need to pay freight cost.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We are happy to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples,that will be helpful for us to do test.
