Thread Sealant Grease is a special thread sealing and lubricating grease formulated with high-viscosity base oil, thickener and sealing filler.

Performance characteristics

Excellent sealing performance, fills thread gaps to prevent gas and liquid leakage.

Prevents seizing and galling, avoids thread locking caused by high temperature and corrosion, ensuring easy disassembly and maintenance.

Water-resistant, oil-resistant, and resistant to weak acids and alkalis, suitable for various working media.

Wide operating temperature range: no hardening or cracking at low temperatures, no flowing or failure at high temperatures.

Compatible with various materials: steel, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, plastic, etc.

Recommended Applications

Sealing lubrication of deep well casing threads for oil and gas fields and geological exploration drilling; It is also suitable for sealing and lubrication of various high temperature and high pressure valve stems and other industrial devices. This product is available in NLGI 1#, 2#, 3# two consistency grades, can withstand 59MPa pressure steam pressure.

Matters needing attention Before use, the lubricating parts should be cleaned; After use, the cover should be promptly closed to prevent impurities from mixing and affecting the use effect; Do not mix with other oils.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
