At 9:00 AM on July 6th, the first-half marketing system summary and deployment meeting of Xinye Lubricating Oil Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Xinye Lubricating Oil') was held in the second-floor conference room of the company. The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, combining on-site and online video participation. The theme of the meeting was 'Striving in the Midstream, Breaking Waves and Chasing New Opportunities,' aiming to kick off the new strategic journey for Xinye in the second half of the year. The meeting was attended by the company's chairman Zhang Youyun, general manager Zhang Youju, managers Zhang Manliang and Zhang Guojie from the technology department, manager Zhang Xueliang from the sales department, and all frontline marketing staff. The meeting was chaired by marketing director Li Qicai.

Mr.Zhang Xueliang, the sales boss, first delivered an opening speech, thanked the sales staff for their hard work, analyzed some of the current situation of the market, pointed out the problems existing in the sales work, encouraged the sales manager to learn more, try new modes and scenes, have the courage to explore, and put forward new expectations for the development of the company.

Secondly, Director Li analyzed the market conditions from four perspectives: first, the international market capacity, the sales ratio of various countries, the product structure, and consumer habits, extending to the domestic market and regional brand trends; second, he summarized the sales data analysis for the first half of the year, including total sales, market expansion in areas such as grease, lubricating oil, and water-based products, and customer service. He also commended Wu Liangchuan, the Foreign Trade Department, and Zhang Guoxin for their outstanding performance in the first half of the year.

Then, the sales managers of each province and region conducted a six-month summary and analysis of the sales market, discussed the existing problems in the market and the key points that the company needed to improve, and the detailed summary improved everyone's business ability and pioneering thinking. In particular, the successful experience of Manager Zhang Guoxin and Manager Li Dong also stimulated everyone's higher morale.
