1. Choose the Right Oil Viscosity and Type

The first step of correct usage is model matching. High-speed precision equipment needs low-viscosity, high-fluidity lubricating oil; heavy-load gear equipment needs high-viscosity extreme pressure gear oil; engines need exclusive engine oil matched according to temperature and power. Never use universal oil for all equipment blindly.

2. Clean the Equipment Before Oil Filling

Before adding new oil, drain all old deteriorated oil completely. Clean the oil tank, oil circuit and filter to remove sludge, metal powder and oxidized impurities. If old oil remains, it will contaminate new lubricating oil, reduce lubrication performance and accelerate component wear.

3. Control the Filling Volume Accurately

5. Run the Equipment for Inspection After Refueling

After oil replacement, run the equipment for 5 to 10 minutes to check oil pressure, operating noise and temperature. Confirm no oil leakage and stable oil circulation to ensure the lubrication system works normally.
