Special complex lithium grease is formulated with complex metal soap thickened refined mineral oil, added with extreme pressure, anti-oxidation, anti-rust and other additives.

Performance Characteristic

Excellent high-temperature resistance, the grease will not leak from friction parts even under high ambient temperature.

Good extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, suitable for bearing lubrication of mechanical equipment under high load or certain impact load.

Good oxidation stability ensures a long service life of the grease during operation.

Recommended Application

Suitable for lubrication of automobile wheel hubs, high-temperature and heavy-load equipment in metallurgy, printing and dyeing, large electric motors, cars, hot oil pump bearings, and other high-temperature friction parts of various mechanical equipment.

Operating temperature range: -20℃～220℃.

Puyang Xinye Special Lubricant Grease Co., Ltd. was established in 1989,the company is located in China, Central China, where the Zhongyuan Oil Field is located, Puyang City, Henan Province.

6. FAQ

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
