High Temperature Complex Lithium Grease is produced by thickening refined mineral oil with various complex metal soaps under high temperature and high pressure, and blended with high-performance extreme pressure anti-wear agents, rust inhibitors and antioxidants. It is a long-term high temperature resistant and long-service-life grease.

Performance Characteristic

Good extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, suitable for lubrication of wheel hub bearings of heavy-duty vehicles.

Good high-temperature performance and strong high-temperature adhesion, ensuring a stable lubricating oil film.

Good colloidal stability, long service life and extended re-greasing interval.

Good water resistance and protective performance.

Recommended Application

Suitable for lubrication of friction parts such as wheel bearings, chassis, motors and water pumps of trucks, engineering machinery, large buses, heavy-duty trucks and other vehicles under medium-speed, heavy-load and harsh conditions.

Operating temperature range: -20℃～220℃.

6. FAQ

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 37 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
